By accessing this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage Rights
All images remain the property of the photographer. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, publication, or editing of images without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Payments & Orders
All orders (prints, downloads, or other products) must be paid in full before delivery. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

3. Delivery
Digital images will be delivered via the gallery upon completion. Print delivery timelines may vary depending on location and production partners. The photographer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party labs or shipping services.

4. Gallery Access
Galleries may be available for a limited time. It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up their images before the expiration date.

5. Image Integrity
Clients may not alter, edit, apply filters, or modify images in any way that misrepresents the photographer’s work.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided once services have been delivered.

7. Liability
While all care is taken to deliver high-quality images, the photographer is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond their control that may affect delivery.

8. Privacy
Client information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
